Events are typically 2–4 hours of service, plus setup/breakdown time (varies by event)
What You’ll Do

Pick up and return equipment from Livonia, MI (48152)
-
Travel to event venues (up to ~45 minutes one-way)
-
Set up, operate, and break down photo booth equipment (Digital/iOS-based + 360 as needed)

Engage guests: assist with props, posing, and keep lines moving smoothly

Provide a seamless, luxury experience and communicate professionally with clients/venue staff

Troubleshoot basic tech issues (iOS settings/app refresh/hotspot connectivity as needed)

Follow event checklists and brand standards for a consistent Top Pic experience
Note: This is an event operations + guest experience role — not a photography position.
Schedule & Event Volume

Events are mainly weekends and evenings (some weekday corporate events may occur)
-
Busy season: May–December

Expect 2–5 events per month during peak season

Schedules are typically shared 2 weeks in advance, with occasional last-minute opportunities
Requirements

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Metro Detroit

Able to lift/carry up to ~40–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move equipment safely

Tech comfort with iPad/iOS apps and learning new systems
-
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and punctuality

Comfortable working in busy environments (weddings/parties/corporate events)
Nice to have (not required):

Event staffing, hospitality, customer service, or brand ambassador experience

Photo booth or event tech experience

Graphic design skills

Social media savvy
Dress Code (Brand Standards)

Casual events: jeans + clean shoes

Formal events: black slacks/pants + professional shoes
Commitment
We’re looking for someone who can commit 3–6 months minimum and work at least 2–4 events each month during the season.
Compensation
Pay for this role will be between $20 - $25 per hour
